Each of us enters this world with a deep need to be loved, especially through our earliest relationships. When those bonds are nurtured, they help shape a secure sense of self. When they are wounded, lasting emotional pain can follow. As someone who has experienced healing from relational wounds, it is a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and rediscovering the love, resilience, and strengths that are part of who you are. Together, we'll create a safe, compassionate space where your thoughts, emotions, and experiences are heard, understood, and valued. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Master of Arts in Counseling in the Marriage, Couple and Family track with an emphasis in Spiritual Formation from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
